Job Description
A high calibre Administration Assistant is required to join a busy department managing stock ordering into the Distribution Centre, which is then moved onto stores.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ordering specific categories in response to National Buying team information and liaising with suppliers.
* Managing relationships with suppliers, hauliers, and warehouse, resolving delivery issues.
* Communicating daily with stores.
* Recommending volumes for new product orders, analysing product performance, and feeding back to National Buying team.
* Responding to RFS or EPW issues.
Requirements:
* Honours/Level 8 Degree from a recognised third level organisation.
* Highly analytical with report management and large data handling capabilities.
* High proficiency in MS Office packages including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Professional and confident approach with an excellent work ethic.
* Ability to work under strict timelines, on own initiative, and be flexible yet accurate.
* Ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
Work Arrangements:
* Location: Mitchelstown.
* 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
* Hours: Mon-Friday 8am to 4.30pm.
* Contract: 11 months initially, likely extended until early 2026.
