Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth integration of our products with their existing systems and infrastructure.
2. Technical Expertise: Stay informed about software integrations and technical requirements, providing clients with top-tier support and guidance.
3. Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term partnerships by delivering exceptional support throughout the client journey.
4. Account Management: Drive success by managing accounts directly, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and identifying key growth opportunities.
5. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality resources and ensure a seamless client experience.
6. Industry Insight: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products, sharing valuable insights with clients and the internal team.
What You'll Bring:
1. Experience: At least 2 years in account management, technical support, or client-facing roles, ideally within SaaS, IT services, or online marketplaces.
2. Language Skills: C2 or fluent in Italian with excellent English proficiency.
3. Project Management & Communication Skills: Strong organizational skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication.
4. Adaptability: Thrive in both strategic and tactical roles, able to navigate dynamic and fast-paced environments.
