ESG Coordinator
What is involved:
1. Develop and maintain the company's sustainability strategy in line with the overall Group Strategy.
2. Implement key sustainability projects, including HPI / EU Taxonomy / BREEAM / LEED assessments on projects, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
3. Analyse data related to sustainability activities and prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders to showcase the organisation's social and environmental impact.
4. Prepare necessary reports required in terms of ESG formal reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with regulations.
5. Communicate changes in regulatory and customer requirements within the business to facilitate proactive decision-making.
6. Collaborate with various departments to integrate ESG initiatives and drive positive change.
7. Work cross-functionally to ensure products and services are aligned with business strategy and long-term targets.
8. Attend Sustainability Working Group meetings and coordinate through meeting organisation, action tracking, and follow-up.
9. Manage relationships with external agencies and stakeholders to foster effective partnerships.
10. Oversee the document control process for the ESG team, ensuring all documentation is organised, recorded, and managed in accordance with project and company policies.
11. Track KPI results and update logs and formal documentation as required to inform business decisions.
12. Develop core sustainability awareness messages to promote organisational values.
13. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to effectively communicate sustainability achievements and reinforce the organisation's positive image and reputation.
14. Maintain and contribute to the internal and external Sustainability content across the intranet, website, and various communications channels.
15. Process multiple work streams and workflows of documents daily, ensuring efficient administration.
16. Research and recommend innovative technologies, strategies, and initiatives that contribute to sustainable practices and position the organisation at the forefront of ESG stewardship.
As a BIM Administrator/Coordinator, you will be responsible for digital processes associated with the design and construction stages of a project.
* Ensure models, drawings, and structural data are hosted in one accessible place and deliver accurate project information to key stakeholders.
* Coordinate with IT Manager to implement BIM best practices and enhance collaboration.
* Ensure electronic and hard copy filing is accurate and easily retrievable to streamline workflow.
* Upload/download drawings and documents to the BIM system, maintaining careful version control.
* Provide general administrative support to the team on site using BIM and liaising with managers and construction staff daily.
Key Experience and Skills:
* A relevant degree or equivalent in Sustainability to ensure a good knowledge of Sustainability, ESG, and CSR topics.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working in ESG/Sustainability, with a strong understanding of administration and project coordination.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with experience in co-ordinating projects and multitasking.
* The ability to prioritise tasks, work to deadlines, and supervise projects while effectively collaborating with teams.
* Demonstrable flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to identify key issues and propose solutions in a timely manner.
* Excellent IT skills, with an ability to collate and analyse data using IT systems and build suitable reports for results.
* Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
* A passion for social and environmental impact, with the ability to drive positive change and promote organisational values.
