Clios EMEA team leads our expansion efforts in this region and is home to product development, sales, marketing, and customer success. The team operates like a startup within a larger company, which means we experiment and blaze the trail for Clio in new markets around the world.
We are looking for someone who is interested in playing a critical leadership role in a close-knit, supportive team as we strive to become the market leader in the UK.
Who you are:
You are an empathetic leader with a passion for driving alignment. Reporting directly to the General Manager, EMEA at Clio, you will lead our international sales efforts. You thrive in collaboration - as a key member of the EMEA leadership team youll work with our Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Engineering leaders to drive our Go To Market strategy in new and existing regions. Youll also collaborate closely with our sales team in North America. Youll develop the growing EMEA Sales team, and have a meaningful impact on company culture in EMEA.
What youll work on:
1. Drive strategic vision to develop mature, integrated customer expansion motion
2. Partner with cross functional teams (CS, Customer marketing, product) to develop and execute account penetration programs
3. Lead by example on issues pertaining to sales team management;
4. Expertly manage their day so that their time can be split between team management and other leadership initiatives;
5. Drive tactical and strategic ideas, projects, and initiatives across the Sales channel
6. Development and maintenance of external presence in the community;
7. Drive for team growth, performance excellence, and achievement of MRR targets;
8. Hold team members accountable to inbound and outbound sales metrics and KPIs;
9. Play a key role in the development of a multi- product success strategy for Clio in EMEA
10. Actively coach and become a trusted advisor, providing continuous skill development opportunities to both individual contributors as well as other leaders
11. Drive tactical and strategic ideas, projects, and initiatives across the Sales channel;
12. Build trust with stakeholders using curiosity and empathy
13. Exemplify Clio values, partnering with stakeholders across EMEA to create and foster a values-driven culture for all Clions
14. Recruit team members for ongoing and future headcount needs;
15. Additional duties, as required.
What you may have:
16. Youre an empathetic leader with at least 4+ years of people management experience and youre skilled at hiring, managing, and upleveling talent.
17. Have at least 3+ years of experience leading a sales function within the SaaS industry.
18. Track record of building and leading sales teams with experience in both inbound and outbound sales models
19. A track record of developing people and building high-velocity sales teams;
20. Extraordinary communication and organisational skills. Ability to gain buy-in and motivate a team;
21. Demonstrated success with cross-functional coordination, including planning, execution tracking, decision making, and OKR management
22. A competitive mindset.

The full salary range* for this role is 105,600 to 132,000 to 158,400 EUR. and the full commission range is 70,400 to 88,000 to 105,600 EUR. The opportunity to earn commissions beyond the stated amounts are possible as commission earnings are uncapped.
*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
