Job Title: Financial Specialist
Location: Moncks Corner, SC
Job Type: 12-Month Contract (Onsite, with potential to convert to permanent).

We're hiring a Financial Specialist to support critical financial functions including reporting, budgeting, invoice processing, and data analysis. This role is onsite in Moncks Corner, SC, and offers the opportunity to join a newly acquired client with the potential for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review.
2. Track and monitor departmental budgets and expenditures.
3. Process and manage invoicing with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
4. Compile and reconcile financial data using Excel and Oracle.
5. Assist with forecasting, variance analysis, and process improvements.
6. Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
7. Leverage Power BI for data visualization and reporting (preferred).
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or accounting.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Oracle (Power BI a plus).
4. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
Work Environment:
1. 100% onsite at our Moncks Corner, SC location.
2. 12-month contract with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee.
