What is there to do?
As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in our IT department by further developing and integrating our software solutions (e.g.
CRM, ERP, HR software, M365), our intranet solution (Confluence) and others.
In doing so, you will ensure smooth collaboration between different systems and guarantee consistent data exchange.
Your main tasks include: Integration management: You design and implement solutions to integrate new software into existing systems (e.g.
M365, Confluence, Znuny, SAP SF, Dynamics365 and Business Central) and ensure secure data exchange Solution design and implementation: You will design scalable, robust solutions for our new CRM/ERP system and HR software.
You will also identify potential integration issues and risks that may arise during implementation Cooperation: You will work closely with existing architect roles and support the Sales and Finance departments.
You will also coordinate freelancers and external service providers.
You will also take the technical lead in the implementation of changes to the systems Project management: you manage and coordinate projects and ensure they are implemented on time Communication and documentation: You communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and management and ensure that everyone involved is on the same page.
You also create and maintain detailed technical documentation, architecture programs and specifications Quality assurance and control: You are responsible for adherence to security and compliance requirements and develop strategies for risk mitigation and quality assurance.
