Admin Support required immediately to work for the Adult Community Services Team.
The role will be based in Moy.
This post will start immediately and will initially be for 4 months.
The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am - 4:30pm, Monday-Friday, and the rate of pay is £12.31 per hour.
The main duties for this post will be - Making appointments, maintaining diaries, receiving, processing and distributing incoming mail, and personally dealing with routine items.
Establish and maintain effective filing systems within the department.
Maintain and update data bases required within the department i.e.
staff absences, training matrix, NISCC registrations.
Receiving telephone calls and taking action in accordance with procedures.
Stock control and ordering domestic cleaning supplies and toiletries on eProcurement systems.
Complete submission of monthly and weekly timesheets and weekly Petty Cash management.
What We Need from You: ?
1 years experience in an administration role ?
The ability to work well with others in an office environment.

4 GCSES including maths and English.
