Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Paid Social Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, optimising, and driving the success of our clients' paid social media campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop tailored paid social strategies, ensuring each campaign achieves the highest possible performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and emerging channels, aligning with client objectives and brand guidelines.
2. Strategy Development: Develop and recommend data-driven paid social strategies tailored to client needs, targeting the right audience segments and optimising creative approaches.
3. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
4. Optimisation: Conduct A/B tests, optimise creative and ad copy, adjust targeting, and apply data-led optimisations to enhance campaign results and achieve KPIs.
5. Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximise campaign efficiency, adhering to both client expectations and platform best practices.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, content, data, and account management) to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and cohesive brand messaging.
7. Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging paid social media opportunities, integrating these insights into campaign strategies.
8. Client Communication: Provide regular updates and insights to clients, fostering strong relationships, managing expectations, and presenting results and strategic recommendations confidently.
Key Skills and Experience
1. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a paid social media management role, ideally within an agency environment or working with multiple clients.
2. Platform Expertise: In-depth understanding of paid social platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, and TikTok Ads, with hands-on experience setting up and managing campaigns.
3. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing data, interpreting performance metrics, and making informed decisions to optimise campaigns.
4. Budget Management: Demonstrated experience managing and optimising campaign budgets effectively to achieve performance goals.
5. Creativity: Ability to develop and test engaging, high-performance ad creatives and copy, collaborating with creative teams to enhance visual assets.
6. Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring campaigns are set up, managed, and optimised without error.
7. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in client reporting and presenting insights and recommendations confidently.
8. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

Pay: €30,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
