Job Title: Know Your Client (KYC) Services Intern
Location: Dublin, IE
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
CSC is seeking a bright, highly motivated student to join the KYC Services Team in our Dublin, Ireland office. This program gives college students the opportunity to grow and hone their AML & KYC skills.
The intern will support senior leadership in executing and managing KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. This role will give an intern exposure to financial crime prevention, customer due diligence, risk management, and regulatory compliance practices within the industry and offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the strategic and operational aspects of KYC management within the financial industry. The intern will work with our global team to support a variety of KYC Services initiatives, while learning what it means to be part of a passionate and talented KYC Services team for a large B2B company. In addition, the intern will participate in other learning and mentoring activities for CSC interns across the company.
Responsibilities:
* Assist the KYC Leadership Team with the development, implementation, and optimization of KYC/AML policies and procedures.
* Track and manage compliance projects and deadlines.
* Prepare and analyze KYC/AML reports and dashboards for senior leadership review.
* Create and maintain internal documentation, presentations, and training materials for the team.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes for discussions related to KYC/AML strategies and projects.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance processes and controls.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with projects and initiatives.
* Assist in tracking compliance metrics and prepare periodic reports for internal stakeholders.
* Provide administrative support to the KYC Leadership Team, including document management, scheduling, and project coordination.
Qualifications:
* Currently attending college, university, or a similar training program.
* Graduating or ready for full-time employment within 12 months of August 2024.
* The ability to multi-task, along with strong time management skills.
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
* Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a team.
* Solid attention to detail with excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
* Desire to solve problems and proactively implement creative solutions.
* Flexibility and positivity when priorities change.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
