Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team. As a brand ambassador for Teleflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of searches.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate recruitment processes and work with hiring managers to plan interview schedules.
* Create and maintain recruitment information in HR systems.
* Maintain candidate databases in accordance with EU laws.
* Develop and maintain reports to track EMEA recruitment, cost of hires, and other key metrics.
* Provide excellent service to managers and employees with recruitment-related queries and issues.
* Assist with recruiting efforts, including job specification development, posting job ads, reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, and scheduling travel arrangements.
* Contribute to staffing strategy development and implementation plans to identify talent within and outside the corporation.
* Participate in various HR projects led by the EMEA HR group related to talent acquisition.
* Capture business unit needs, verify funding, and obtain final approval from relevant stakeholders.
* Coordinate and organize recruitment events with third parties, staying within budget.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and employment legislation.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of.
* A minimum of three years of results-oriented recruiting experience.
* Experience within the life sciences industry, especially medical devices, is preferred.
Skills and Requirements
* Fluent English language skills (spoken and written). Experience with another European language at a professional level would be an asset.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up abilities.
* Continuous improvement approach towards work processes.
* Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing.
* Experience leveraging digital technology (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor).
* Experience with PCs and MS Office.
* Approachable, professional, and able to work in a highly confidential environment.
