Senior Business Analyst

450-480 per day
Responsibilities:
1. Ability to prioritize iterative product releases leading to a successful customer experience
2. Assist with the elaboration of Epics, Themes, and Features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint
3. Backlog management to assist Squad Leader with prioritization
4. Understand Workplace Investing business and organizational structures
5. Work with key partners to define product features and maintain awareness of internal and external market trends
6. Actively manage partner expectations and maintain strong communication throughout each release
7. Establish and facilitate meetings to include demos of sprint deliverables and impact analysis results
8. Lead organizational readiness activities, addressing obstacles and opportunities related to product delivery
9. Synthesize feedback to influence the squad goals and visions
10. Convey business value of technology initiatives to Scrum team members including QA and Development resources
11. Communicate product issues to the Squad Leader in a clear and timely manner
12. Collaborate across multiple squads and tribes to ensure backlog alignment and coordinate initiatives as appropriate
13. Partner with Squad Leader to develop and prioritize product strategies
14. Act as Subject Matter Expert providing product support to business partners across Workplace Investing
15. Facilitate Client and Associate experience conversations with business partners using journey mapping and other design processes
16. Provide recommendations for design and implementation of solutions
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree preferred
2. Proficiency in various business analysis methodologies, including data analysis, use case development, story writing, user acceptance testing, and product documentation
3. Agile mentality: experience with Jira or similar Agile backlog management tool preferred
4. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
