An exciting opportunity to work as an Oracle CPQ Business Analyst on an Oracle Fusion implementation with a global client for an initial 6-month contract.
Morgan McKinley is working with a global client seeking an Oracle CPQ Business Analyst with experience in large-scale implementations of Oracle CPQ and integration into the Oracle Fusion stack.
Key Requirements:
- Highly skilled business analyst with deep knowledge of Oracle CPQ.
- 6+ years of experience on the platform, preferably including multiple implementations of Oracle CPQ and integration into the Oracle Fusion stack.
- Experience working in sizeable, multinational corporations with complex matrixed structures, preferably in industrial or manufacturing organisations.
- Excellent skills in Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel (at least 25%).
- Ability to easily travel within the UK and Europe, primarily to locations in Belgium, Austria, and the UK.
- Proficiency in English (excellent verbal and written skills); Dutch or German desirable.
- Ability to understand Oracle CPQ capabilities and limitations, clearly articulating these to stakeholders to drive acceptable solutions.
- Strong BA skills using proven techniques to elicit comprehensive user requirements, identifying upstream and downstream impacts.
- Advanced communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Collaboration with business, BAs, delivery teams, and architects to define and document user stories, as-is and to-be business processes, and functional requirements.
- Support for UAT and training.
- Identification of integration points across project initiatives to ensure alignment across discrete applications, including Salesforce and SMC.
- Facilitation of communication between business and technical delivery teams.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Well-organised, results-driven, and eager to handle difficult problems with excellent problem-solving skills.
