We are currently working with a leading Wealth Management firm who are looking to add a Risk and Compliance Assurance Associate to their team in Dublin. Working as part of a team, this role-holder willbe assisting in the full lifecycle of an assurance review from initialnotification to development of recommendations.
Role Duties:
1. Assist with monitoring and testing of adherence to Group Policy and regulatory requirements
2. Input into development of annual Risk & Compliance Assurance Plan
3. Assist with completion of enterprise-wide annual Compliance Risk Assessment
4. Work with 1LoD to develop actions to address control gaps or enhancements
5. Liaise with stakeholders across the organisation including other 2LoD functions and Grouprepresentatives
Requirements
6. Risk management/regulatory compliance/regulatory experience an advantage
7. Experience of working in/with financial services regulated entities is preferable
8. Appetite to gain knowledge of relevant regulation and regulatory environment
9. Stakeholder management, communication and report writing skills
10. ACOI qualification, or equivalent is preferable
