The Building Services Manager position plays a crucial role in the management and implementation of Building Services.
As a Building Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our project delivery team.
Working closely with project managers and subcontractors, you will oversee all electrical/mechanical activities, manage resources efficiently, and uphold our uncompromising standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage & coordinate all phases of the MEP Services project delivery cycle.
2. Co-ordinate design team information & details in time for project delivery activities.
3. Ensure implementation of the MEP deliverables on the project.
4. Ensure all MEP works are carried out to the highest level of safety.
5. Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of approved quality plan.
6. Monitor programmes & review installation progress of MEP services.
7. Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team.
Specific Requirements
1. Mechanical/Electrical Third level qualification.
2. 7 years’ experience in building services co-ordination.
3. Previous Main Contractor experience is preferred.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
5. Strong client focus.
