Operational Resilience Manager (20ULCH) Dublin, Republic of Ireland
A growing financial services business is seeking an Operational Resilience Manager to join their growing risk management function in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
* Build out/manage and oversee the Global Business/Operational Resiliency team
* Partner with business owners to build out the Business Impact Assessments (BIAs)
* Develop Business Continuity Plans and plan exercises for other business entities
* Partner with entity leaders to develop Business Continuity Plans and plan exercises
* Partner with entity leads to ensure we continue to be DORA compliant
* Define and monitor KRIs related to Operational Resiliency
Qualifications:
* Experience in development and management of operational resiliency oversight for large companies, including policies and procedures development and monitoring day-to-day activities
* Experience with building out or managing a team
* Good understanding of how the various functions of a regulated financial services business operate (e.g. Compliance, Finance, Risk, Treasury, Audit, Outsourcing)
* Process-oriented
* Clear verbal and written communicator
* Ability to have impact and influence with senior, peer & junior colleagues both regionally and globally
* Proven judgement to assess risk impact & address or escalate accordingly
