The Role:
* Advising employers on employment contracts, policies, and HR best practices.
* Handling contentious matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and industrial relations disputes.
* Representing clients before employment tribunals and courts.
* Advising on the employment aspects of M&A transactions, restructuring, and TUPE.
* Providing strategic legal counsel on workplace investigations and compliance matters.

* 3+ years’ PQE in Employment Law from a reputable firm.
* Strong experience in advising clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
