Solutions Architect - Customer Facing Technology
A leading retailer is on a mission to transform its digital landscape, enhancing eCommerce, loyalty, and customer-facing services. We’re looking for a Customer-Facing Technology Solutions Architect to drive innovation, shape technical solutions, and collaborate with business leaders to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
The Role
* Work with Product Management to define solution roadmaps for eCommerce and Loyalty.
* Design scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures aligned with business goals.
* Partner with UX teams to deliver seamless customer experiences across web and mobile.
* Define integration strategies using modern technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON).
* Lead technical design, oversee implementation, and manage external partners.
* Advocate for emerging technologies and best practices in customer-facing solutions.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, with a track record in eCommerce and customer-facing tech.
* Strong background in Microsoft stack and Azure.
* Expertise in integration architectures, cloud computing, and modern software design.
* Leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and business teams.
* Retail industry experience is a plus.
