The Role: Project Coordinator
You will coordinate the Suite Leads for the project, managing escalations related to schedule, budget, risks, change management, and progress measures. You will also assist in coordinating activities within the suite team, including design delivery, documentation, and qualification efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Project Suite teams.
2. Manage Suite teams scope and change control.
3. Monitor project progress and performance.
4. Partner with various disciplines on project planning and execution.
5. Provide status reports to the Core team and Project Management.
6. Provide training and mentoring to Suite Team Leads.
7. Ensure all work adheres to procedures and best practices.
8. Collaborate with others to manage cost, risks, change management, and schedule effort for the suite team.
9. Maintain up-to-date decision, risk, and action logs.
10. Ensure the Suite Teams are adequately resourced.
11. Resolve cross-functional issues or those impacting the suite teams.
12. Monitor the performance of the Suite teams against the project management plan and baseline.
13. Interface with other disciplines and stakeholders to ensure project success.
14. Capture lessons learned, changes, and impact of changes by all project leads.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in managing projects and sub-project teams.
2. Experience in scope, cost, and schedule management.
3. Design management expertise.
4. Pharma project experience (€200m +).
Desirable Skills:
1. API project experience.
2. Project Management Certification.
