Job Title: Clerical Officer Grade IV
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a 12-week contract position in our healthcare sector based in Bantry.
About the Role
This clerical officer grade IV position requires previous experience in a clerical or office administration role, with a focus on data entry, patient accounts, and records management.
* Liaising with internal staff and liaison officers to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
* High-volume coordination, including extensive data entry and database management.
* Administration support within the patients accounts and records department, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
* Uploading documents to the database on an ongoing basis, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
* Overseeing and amending relevant changes in line with guidelines as needed, prioritizing urgent requirements.
* Compiling data on an ongoing basis, generating reports as needed to support decision-making.
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a clerical position, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Proven administration experience in an office setting, with a strong attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Excel, with experience working with CRM systems such as SAP being an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal staff and stakeholders.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate of €16.93 per hour, with potential for extension beyond the initial 12-week contract period.
