Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate and enable clients to purchase directly from the developer
2. Actively source new clients through marketing and advertising initiatives
3. Set appointments to meet with clients and show them prospective properties
4. Guide clients through properties of interest and emphasize the features and benefits
5. Be knowledgeable of prices and values in the current housing market
6. Answer any questions clients might have regarding the property, neighborhood, etc.
7. Advertise and promote local properties for sale
8. Match customer preferences and budget requirements with a suitable property
9. Research and explore local neighborhoods to ascertain various surroundings
10. Inspect properties for damages and seek out contractors / snagging teams to resolve maintenance issues
11. Prepare and process required documentation including contracts, deeds, etc.
12. Stay on top of deadlines and deliveries
13. Support and confidently lead clients through the entire real estate process

Other requirements and qualifications:
1. High school diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (is a must)
2. RUSSIAN Speaker or GERMAN Speaker (is a must)
3. Additional Languages: CHINESE, ITALIAN, SPANISH, FRENCH…(is a plus)
4. Computer – comfortable using Google Suite
5. Current and valid driving license with a car (is a plus)
6. Previous experience in sales or marketing (is a plus)
7. Strong interpersonal skills
8. Detail-oriented
9. Persistent and proactive
10. Dynamic personality and ability to connect with people
