The role is a mix of cleaning and reception:
1. Welcoming and checking in guests on arrival and setting the tone for a relaxing experience.
2. Dealing politely and efficiently with all guest queries & reservations.
3. Providing explanation of the vitality suite facilities and details of the treatments available to guests.
4. Cleaning of all Anu Spa areas.
5. Selling spa availability to achieve maximum occupancy.
6. Part-time position of 24 hours a week, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday being essential.
The ideal Candidate:
1. At least 12 months previous experience in a receptionist role.
2. Warm, friendly, positive personality with a genuine interest in guest care.
3. Team player and also willing to use own initiative when needed.
4. Organizational and cleaning skills are a must.
