We are currently looking for a Customer Service representative to join our Team on a Full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities: Answer queries via phone, email and chat to customer who call into GLS Listen to customers concerns and questions and provide accurate and timely responses.
Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively Maintain a positive and professional demeanour in all interactions Escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met Skills and Experience: Previous customer service experience is valuable, while parcel industry experience is a bonus.
Ability to engage at all levels with a keen eye for detail and a professional approach.
