We're hiring a Managed Service Support Engineer to help optimise and enhance our customers' IT systems, working both remotely and on-site in Dublin.
ResponsibilitiesAlerts Management:
Take primary responsibility for handling tickets in the Alerts queue
Continuous Improvement:
Work with the Managed Services team to refine processes and reduce ticket volume
Root Cause Analysis:
Identify and address recurring alerts to improve system stability
Customer Compliance:
Review and report on updates, antivirus, vulnerability scans, and SOC coverage
Onboarding & Deployment:
Support agent deployment and customer projects
System Maintenance:
Research and develop repeatable software maintenance solutions
Firewall Configuration:
Implement and manage firewall changes for security and toolset optimization
Client Engagement:
Work closely with customers during onboarding and rollout projects.
Requirements2+ years' experience in an MSP Support Centre role or similar.
Self-starter mindset, with a drive for efficiency and process improvement.
Knowledge of Datto RMM and alerts queue management (essential).Firewall configuration experience.
