We are looking for a Digital Project Manager for one of the topbeverage companies in Ireland and the world. They are looking for someone who can help their Digital Transformation team to reach their goal.
The Digital Transformation team oversees the digital strategy and ecosystem for one of their most prestigious drink brands, encompassing the website, CRM, SEO, data and insights, digital innovation, and training. With ambitious B2C plans, they seek a top-class digital project manager to support the development and rollout of various strategic digital projects.
As a consumer-first company, the focus is on staying attuned to consumers' current and future needs by embracing new virtual worlds, exploring new channels, and creating new value opportunities. This role supports key digital innovation projects from scoping to testing, aiming to enhance the consumer experience and build a scalable digital innovation pipeline for global rollout.

Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with markets to manage and support the rollout of high-profile programs, ensuring ongoing optimization and an exceptional consumer experience.
2. Assist in pilot testing digital innovation projects, including scoping, project management, testing, preparing reviews, and creating toolkits for market rollout.
3. Implement CRM plans and manage campaigns, collaborating with the Web & CRM manager and markets to ensure top-tier CRM delivery and use case testing.
4. Contribute to the creation and rollout of the SEO content plan, ensuring maximum adoption across key drive markets.
5. Lead internal education and communication on key trends, insights, and initiatives to ensure markets are informed about relevant projects.
6. Collaborate with tech leads to manage workstreams and requirements.
7. Oversee key reporting aligned with global digital objectives.
Requirements:
8. A Bachelor's degree is required; additional education is advantageous.
9. Proven experience in product development through cross-functional teams, including technology, sales, marketing, and brand communications.
10. Expertise in digital marketing and media, CRM, and consumer experience within a digital agency, consulting firm, or FMCG company.
11. Familiarity with SFMC or other email marketing systems.
12. Strong skills in PowerPoint and project management.
13. Highly creative, motivated, organized, and proactive.
14. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, delivering under tight timelines while maintaining attention to detail and communication standards.
15. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
