They have a proven track record in creating exceptional buildings, offering services from master planning through to interior design, with a particular focus on sustainable and energy-efficient solutions.
The Role:
Due to a significant pipeline of work, our client is looking to add a talented Architectural Technologist to their team. The successful candidate may be involved in several projects at various stages, from concept development through to construction and completion.
You will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and working closely with project teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable projects.
Required Background:
1. A relevant degree in Architectural Technology or similar
2. 3+ years’ experience in the industry
3. Excellent organizational skills with an ability to achieve project deadlines
4. Revit experience is essential
5. Thorough knowledge of Irish building regulations
6. Prior experience in overseeing projects from inception through to Site is highly beneficial.
7. Must be able to convey accurate information to different stakeholders effectively
8. Must have excellent communication skills
9. Self-Driven and willingness to learn, adopting a ‘can do’ mentality and work ethic.
