The main responsibilities of this role will be to provide an excellent service to guests during their stay ensuring they have a memorable stay at the hotel.
REQUIREMENTS 1 + year experience in a similar role.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Provide exceptional customer service experience to guests.
To be well presented with a polite and professional manner.
Proficient with hotel software, Opera/Hotsoft, beneficial but not required as training will be provided.
Flexible approach to working hours as this role includes shift work and weekends.
PACKAGE ON OFFER Competitive salary of €25,000 per year dependent on experience.
