We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to lead our dynamic team and oversee all F&B outlets, including events.
Job Summary:
As a Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations across all F&B outlets at The Address Connolly, including NORTH, breakfast, the Club Lounge, and event/meeting spaces, ensuring exceptional service, efficiency, and profitability. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, staff development, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily food and beverage operations across all outlets at The Address Connolly, including NORTH, breakfast service, the Club Lounge, and event/meeting spaces, ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
* Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities.
* Lead, train, and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
* Collaborate with chefs, suppliers, and management to curate and enhance menu offerings.
* Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure optimal stock management.
* Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local laws and regulations.
* Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure a positive dining experience.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
