Key Responsibilities Diary & Calendar Management Coordinating schedules, meetings, and events for senior executives.
Administrative & Office Support Handling emails, filing, photocopying, organising couriers, and opening mail.
Event & Hospitality Coordination Managing off-site hospitality bookings, RSVPs, and other logistical arrangements.
Ad Hoc Duties Assisting with various tasks as needed to support the smooth running of the office and executive team.
Ideal Candidate: 3+ Years experience in a PA or administrative role Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication Interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
