About the Role
The Front Office Manager will oversee and lead the front office, guest services, and concierge teams, ensuring exceptional customer service at every stage of the guest journey. This role requires a guest-focused leader who can uphold and enhance luxury hospitality standards while developing and mentoring the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and support the front office, guest services, and concierge teams.
* Ensure all associates deliver flawless, professional, and first-class guest experiences.
* Oversee the entire guest journey, from post-reservation to post-stay communication.
* Handle guest inquiries, anticipate needs, and ensure prompt issue resolution.
* Analyze guest feedback to drive continuous improvement in service and ratings.
* Promote all hotel outlets and services, including dining, spa, and activities.
* Represent the front office department in meetings as required.
* Train, develop, and mentor team members to ensure a high-performance culture.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience as a Front Office Manager or an Assistant Front Office Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* A passion for exceptional guest service and hospitality.
* Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
* A strategic and organized mindset, capable of identifying areas for improvement.
