We have your next PMO role: a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role at the heart of an enterprise-level portfolio—driving progress, ensuring financial clarity, and making a genuine impact.
Why Apply?
* Shape Strategic Change - You'll work on meaningful, large-scale digital transformation projects that directly support business goals and long-term value creation.
* Work with Senior Stakeholders - You'll be a trusted partner to Programme and Project Managers, as well as key internal and external stakeholders—helping turn ideas into delivery and delivery into results.
* Develop & Showcase Your Expertise - From budget tracking to programme reporting and project coordination, this is a hands-on role where your experience will shine—and grow.
* Own the Numbers - With your sharp eye for financial detail, you'll lead the creation of high-impact reports that guide informed decision-making across the portfolio.
* Learn & Lead - With autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to delegate tasks to project managers, you won’t just support the programme—you’ll help lead it.
Key Responsibilities
* Financial Administration & Forecasting - Track budgets, monitor actuals vs forecasts, and prepare insightful financial reports for senior stakeholders. Your work will keep projects on time and within budget.
* Project Coordination & Communication - Be the communication hub of the programme—scheduling meetings, circulating materials, minuting sessions, and ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
* Programme Reporting & Dashboards - Take ownership of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, producing clear, concise updates for internal leadership and external partners.
* Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner closely with Project Managers to keep documentation and plans current, facilitate project updates, and manage timelines.
* Tool & Process Ownership - Use enterprise tools like Smartsheet or MS Project to maintain schedules and dashboards that reflect real-time progress across the portfolio.
What we are looking for
* PRINCE2 certified and experienced in PMO or programme administration (4+ years)
* Proven financial acumen with advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VBA, Macros)
* Confident working independently while also motivating and coordinating others
* Skilled at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience in managing reports and schedules across diverse business projects
* Proficiency in enterprise project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, MS Project)
