Grade IV Clerical Officer required to work in Limerick. Working in a team environment, you will be responsible for some of the following duties:
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Efficiently and effectively deliver full administrative day-to-day support to the relevant line manager.
* Support the development of business processes and procedures to manage the data reporting environment.
* Collection, collation, analysis, and presentation of metrics regarding available Data and Compliance Reports.
* Schedule, attend meetings, record action items, and follow up on action items across Functions and owners.
* Assess the effectiveness of Helpdesk Responses and coordinate feedback.
* Support the planning and delivery of the annual Data Protection Awareness week and other training initiatives.
* Support the relevant line manager in the development and maintenance of processes and procedures for the relevant Unit.
* Support the development and maintenance of a fully coordinated knowledge bank aligned with the Helpdesk and Privacy Network programme regarding subject matter expertise FAQs.
* Use appropriate technology to ensure work is completed to a high standard and maintain skill levels in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Skills / Experience:
* 1-2 years of administration skills; experience working in an office environment is essential.
* Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel) is required.
* Minute-taking experience is a significant advantage.
* Fluency in English is essential, along with the right to work in Ireland.
* Excellent attention to detail.
The Offer:
This job is being offered on a 9-month contract; the salary is €33,700 with 28 days of annual leave.
This role will be a 5-day on-site position in Limerick.
Candidates without the relevant visa/work permit to live and work in Ireland will not be considered.
