The Role:
This exciting opportunity involves supporting a young person with an intellectual disability as they transition to a new home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as Person in Charge when the Service Manager is absent.
* Promote the overall wellbeing of individuals we support.
* Monitor and record progress in line with agreed procedures.
* Foster interpersonal relationships within each service setting.
* Enable individuals to develop a positive sense of self-worth and individuality.
* Care for the daily needs of individuals living in the service.
Essential Requirements:
* A minimum level 7 professional degree in Applied Social Care.
* Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or similar fields.
* A full current driving license.
