We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead our culinary team in a luxurious property located in picturesque County Clare.
As Head Chef, you will create innovative menus, ensure outstanding dining experiences for guests, and oversee daily kitchen operations while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver creative, seasonal menus that meet our luxurious standards.
* Manage and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
* Control costs while maintaining the highest quality of ingredients and presentation.
* Collaborate with management to enhance the overall guest experience.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-end or luxury property.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
* Passion for innovative cuisine and using the finest local ingredients.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Requirements:
* Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
* Professional cooking certification (e.g. HACCP, Food Safety).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
