Hospital Equipment Sales Specialist
We are seeking a Hospital Equipment Sales Specialist to join our team, covering the West of Ireland and Border Counties. As part of a wider commercial and clinical specialist team, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships within public, private, and voluntary hospital settings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with customers, positioning our business as their partner of choice.
* Develop and implement territory plans for sustainable sales success.
* Review and adjust plans in line with strategy and direction.
* Prioritize accounts to maximize sales opportunities and position Added Value Services.
* Deliver value-add programs, including training and education.
* Adopt our Way of Selling methodology and conduct product evaluations.
* Work closely with the Regional Business Manager, Country Business Leader, Clinical Consultant/Specialists, and Marketing team to maximize business potential.
Requirements:
* Degree-level education or equivalent.
* Extensive sales experience, ideally in hospital/HSE/healthcare sales environments.
* Understanding of sales data and ability to interpret trends.
* Highly motivated, action-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills.
* Able to work individually and as part of a team.
