Senior HR Manager
Are you an experienced HR professional seeking a new challenge or looking to take on a lead and senior-level HR manager role? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior HR Manager to join our client's leadership team in their Tipperary HQ.
The Job:
As a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of HR duties, including:
* Employee HR engagement
* Design and delivery of new HR processes and procedures across the site
* Recruitment (both external hires and internal moves)
* Overseeing training and L&D programmes
* Comps/bens benchmarking activities
* Taking ownership of HR budgets and projects
* Driving HR change throughout the group
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A 3rd level degree qualification in HR, business studies or a related discipline
* 4-5+ years of experience in a HR Manager or senior HR level BP/Generalist role
* Excellent IT skills, including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
* Excellent attention to detail, inter-personal and project management skills
