Job Overview:We are seeking a talented Financial Analyst (Overheads) to join our dynamic team at Carlsberg Britvic, a leading company in the Food & Beverages industry.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in forecasting, budgeting, analyzing, and managing the overheads costs for our Irish business.
You will collaborate closely with department heads and cost center owners, providing valuable financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the overheads forecasting, budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting processes.Collaborate with department heads and cost center owners to provide financial insights and support.Provide regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis on overhead spends to key stakeholders, ensuring clear actions to achieve budget targets.Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities related to overheads.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including posting payroll and overheads journals and balance sheet reconciliations.Work with business stakeholders to ensure efficient processes and achieve KPIs.Assist the Senior FP&A Manager with financial audits and other finance projects as needed.Undertake additional ad hoc reporting and analysis as required.Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels of the business.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Confidence to lead the finance agenda with senior stakeholders using persuasion and influencing techniques.Management accounting background including balance sheet reconciliations.Relevant experience in forecasting and budgeting.Preferably 3+ years of experience in Finance.Key Behaviours:This role has access to sensitive information, and as such, the highest degree of personal integrity and confidentiality are expected without exception.
