Job Summary
Provide exceptional service to the members of the Credit Union via various channels, including phone, face-to-face interaction, website/email support, and back-office assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and input payrolls, direct debit payments, loan underwriting, new member applications, and other services.
* Process loan applications, assist with account management, and handle credit control queries via phone, email, web, or face-to-face interaction.
* Participate in training to stay up-to-date on products and services.
* Identify training needs and work with line managers to address them.
* Maintain a high level of computer skills to manage workstations effectively.
* Contribute to risk management by identifying potential risks and reporting them to the Risk Officer.
* Operate within the compliance framework, adhering to all legislation and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Satisfy minimum competency requirements as set out in Central Bank Guidelines.
* Hold QFA/CUA/APA qualifications in Loans & Savings & Investments (support provided for successful candidate to obtain if lacking).
* Possess good IT skills, excellent administration skills, and attention to detail.
* 1-4 years experience in a similar role is an advantage.
