Quooker Field Service Engineer
Install, service and repair Quookers wide range of innovative boiling, chilled and sparkling water taps on customers domestic and commercial premises.

We are looking for the right kind of positive and proactive engineers to join our expanding expert team across the country.
The role of the field service engineer is to provide a highly respectable and presentable image of Quooker to all our customers whilst installing, servicing or repairing Quooker products.
The individual will be highly focused on customer satisfaction and ensuring a high quality of work. They will present themselves wearing all company issued uniform in a clean, friendly and polite manner.
Skills/experience
* Full product training will be given to the right individual.
* Previous experience in a field service role is an advantage.
* A background in a variety of engineering disciplines from plumbers to electricians will be considered.
* Candidate must be good with their hands and have a good fault-finding ability.
* They will have experience and confidence using power tools and hand tools.
* Be organised and self-sufficient while working alone.
* Have strong communication skills.
* A full UK driving license.
Salary/Expenses
* At Quooker we offer a very competitive annual salary ranging from 42k-48k depending on individual experience and skills.
* Wages are paid by electronic bank transfer on the 24th of each month.
* Overtime can be offered to meet business and customer demands.
* Expenses for parking, congestion charges and toll roads can be claimed back each month.
* Parking tickets and fines will not be paid by the company.
Hours
* Salary is based on a 40 hour per week.
* Working week is Monday to Friday.
* Engineers must be flexible to accommodate the needs of the business and customer.
Holiday
* 25 days a year plus bank holidays.
* Booking one month in advance is preferred for any period that exceeds one day due to scheduling requirements.
* One day holiday added each year after the first year of employment up to a maximum of 5 days extra.

Main duties include:
* Fill out service call information accurately on the company issued tablet, taking pictures before and after, updating products, serial numbers, start and finish times and recording parts used.
* Contacting customers when on route to give an accurate arrival time.
* Respecting customers properties by wearing shoe covers, protect work areas with floor covering, remove all waste and leave premises clean and tidy.
* Maintain your own van stock and re-order parts when required to ensure you have adequate stock levels.
* Look after company vehicle and always drive sensibly and consciously. Book vehicle in for services, repairs and tyres when required, Keep vehicle clean and tidy.
* Ensuring Quooker customer’s the best possible quality of installation, service and repairs to their Quooker products by following company guidelines when installing, repairing or servicing.
* Using test equipment to measure water PH, hardness and pressure and then recording data on the tablet.
* Carry out tests and clean products on site before leaving.

Pay: €45,000.00-€48,000.00 per year
