You will play a key role in working with the buying, design, supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to ensure the product range is aligned with the latest trends and customer demands.

Package Generous salary doe Bonus Pension Agile working Wellness Package Responsibilities of this Merchandiser role include: Work with buying and design teams to create seasonal product strategies, manage budgets, OTBs, and range plans.
Analyse market trends, sales data, and customer preferences to guide product selection and buying decisions.
Monitor stock levels and sales performance, adjusting allocations and replenishments as needed.
Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
Provide trend analysis to support buying and merchandising strategies.
Ensure online product presentation aligns with brand guidelines and trends.
Coordinate promotions to boost product visibility and sales.
Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities.
Report on KPIs like sell-through rates, margins, and stock turnover.
Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment on product launches and campaigns.
Work with online and marketing teams to ensure product availability and promotions.
Assist in forecasting demand and managing inventory.
Requirements for this Merchandiser role include: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fashion merchandising or a related role within the fashion retail industry.
Proven track record in sales forecasting, stock management, and trend analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple departments.
Proficiency in Excel and merchandising software Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative and proactive, with a love for fashion and retail.
A degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
