About the Role
This programme combines on-the-job training at one of our Wind Farms with off-the-job training at Kerry College, Tralee. You will gain hands-on experience working with industry experts and receive ongoing support from mentors, training partners, and experienced engineers.

What You'll Gain
A recognised qualification in Industrial Wind Turbine Engineering, preparing you for a career as a Wind Turbine Maintenance Technician with salaries starting from circa €36,000.
You must meet the following entry requirements:
* Be at least 18 years of age at time of applying
* QQI Level 4 Major Award (or equivalent), or at least 3 years of trade-related experience
* Pass grade in Maths at Level 3 (or equivalent)
* B2 Level English Language Proficiency
* Valid Irish Driving Licence
* Excellent colour vision (essential for safety and electrical work)
* Physically fit and able to work at heights of up to 100m
* Be able to pass a medical fitness assessment
