About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of business contact information by calling companies to verify details.
As a Content Moderator, you will utilize your problem-solving skills to provide value to clients while making a positive impact on society.
* You will make decisions regarding corrective measures to ensure accurate information is displayed, which may include conducting online research and contacting B2B customers.
* You will make outbound phone calls to clients in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
* You will process requests, raise transactions, and make informed decisions based on customer requirements.
Requirements
* You should be fluent in German.
* You should have an enthusiastic and positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
