Operations/Accounts Manager - Co. Offaly
We are seeking an experienced Operations/Accounts Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our facility in Co. Offaly.
This is a permanent, full-time role that requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the finance/accounts process, team management, scheduling, and client relations.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar management/operational role and possess strong customer service and people skills. They will also be proficient with MS Office, CRM systems, and accounting systems such as SAGE.
The salary for this position is €55,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead your team and ensure smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
* Ensure the IT/Engineering teams are managing and processing the IT ticketing system.
* Manage team schedules.
* Build and maintain strong client relations with new/existing clients.
* Implement best practices in workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Oversee sales & purchasing invoicing.
* Manage bank reconciliations, revenue, and payroll processing.
* Prepare month/year end financials.
Requirements:
* Experience working in a similar management/operational role - essential.
* PAYROLL/INVOICING/BANK RECONCILIATIONS/MONTH/YEAR END FINANCIALS - essential.
* Proficient with MS Office, CRM systems & accounting systems i.e. SAGE.
* Strong customer service & people skills.
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage time efficiently.
* Strong communication & leadership skills.
