On behalf of our client, Harper Finley are recruiting a Logistics Administrator on a full time, permanent basis. This role will work closely with the supply chain team and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of logistics processes, coordinating with suppliers and clients, and maintaining accurate records.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficient logistics management.
* Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to schedule deliveries and shipments.
* Maintain accurate documentation of shipments, invoices, and inventory records.
* Track and report on key logistics metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
* Address and resolve any logistical issues or discrepancies that arise.
* Assist in optimizing logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
* 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain administration role.
* Strong understanding of logistics operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
* Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Note: This role is open to candidates who posses EU/EEA passport or Stamp 4 visa.
