Role Overview
We are seeking a charismatic and driven Super Premium Italian Beer Ambassador to represent a world-renowned Italian beer brand in Dublin’s On-Trade market. The primary goal of this role is to promote and increase draught beer sales by building strong relationships with key accounts, educating trade partners, and executing impactful in-bar activations. As the face of the brand, you will inspire bartenders and consumers alike, showcasing the beer’s premium quality and rich Italian heritage.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Draught Beer Sales
* Identify and maximize opportunities to grow draught beer sales in targeted On-Trade accounts.
* Collaborate with sales teams to secure new draught placements and optimize current account performance.
Monitor sales performance and work with venues to achieve agreed volume target
Beer Education Programs
* Deliver engaging and tailored beer training sessions for bartenders, bar managers, and staff.
* Educate trade partners on the brand’s history, brewing process, and unique selling points to create passionate advocates.
* Organize beer-tasting sessions and workshops to deepen knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand.
* Drive quality through all touchpoints with customers and consumers in the trade.
Bartender Advocacy
* Foster strong relationships with bartenders to position the brand as their top choice for draught beer.
* Recognize and reward advocacy efforts to build loyalty and excitement around the brand.
In-Bar Activations
* Plan and execute creative and memorable in-bar activations that engage consumers and enhance brand visibility.
* Work closely with venues to customize activations that align with their clientele and business objectives.

Requirements
* Experience: 2+ years in a brand ambassador, on-trade sales, or hospitality-related role. Experience in draught beer or premium beverages is highly desirable.
* Track Record: Demonstrated success in increasing sales or account penetration in a similar role.
* Network: Existing relationships in Dublin’s On-Trade sector is a strong advantage.
* Availability: Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and special events to align with trade schedules.
* Driving License: Full, clean license to facilitate travel between venues.
