Sales Executive Job Description
This is a Sales Executive role focused on generating sales for the Cpl Institute. The key objective is to build relationships with new clients and maintain existing ones nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a Sales Action Plan, targeting clients for sales development and ensuring the company's database of current and lost customers is reviewed.
* Identify and target new customers, delivering holistic sales opportunities and executing same.
* Ensure resources are available to deliver services required by clients and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Report sales operations, including outbound calls, emails, client drops, visits, conversions in line with the Sales Action Plan.
* Pipeline forecasting weekly and monthly to ensure performance meets expectations.
* Manage relationships with Training Coordinators, providing accurate information for sales delivery.
* Maintain effective internal and external relationships.
* Develop professional network through events and LinkedIn.
Requirements:
* Health and Safety experience or training advantageous.
* Formal training in MS office applications advantageous.
* Proven track record in Account Management and Sales.
* Experience in fast-moving commercial environments with high professionalism and accuracy.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship development skills.
* Ability to interact and influence at all levels.
* Self-starter with initiative, drive, and follow-through.
* Exceptional personal discipline to adhere to sales plan, delivery, and follow-through for clients.

This role involves working three days in the office and two days from home, with occasional requirements to work additional days in the office or meet clients at their premises.
