Job Summary
A Corporate Finance Analyst is sought to join a dynamic team in an accountancy practice based in North Dublin. The ideal candidate will be a qualified or part-qualified accountant with an interest in corporate finance, seeking hands-on experience in financial due diligence, business valuations, and sell-side mandates.
Responsibilities
* Prepare due diligence and ad hoc reports to support clients during transactions.
* Analyse financial statements to assess financial performance.
* Gather key data and explanations from clients during assignments.
* Create business plans, financial projections, and reports for clients.
* Conduct research and present findings to clients or third parties.
* Draft internal and external communication materials.
* Maintain and develop strong client relationships.
* Manage internal reports to track the status of assignments.
* Support various ad hoc tasks as required.
About You
* Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
* Qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent (required).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Experience in Corporate Finance (preferred but not essential).
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
* Proactive, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
