Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Grade IV Executive Officer. This role encompasses both managerial and administrative responsibilities, requiring the successful candidate to provide corporate and executive support to the Executive Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Executive Management Team, including the preparation and management of relevant documentation, data collection, and compiling correspondence.
* Assist in the coordination and assignment of workload, ensuring timely completion of tasks and managing deadlines.
* Deal with confidential or sensitive information in a calm and professional manner, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
* Satisfactory experience as a Clerical Officer in the HSE, TUSLA, or other statutory health agencies.
* A minimum of five subjects from the approved list of subjects in the Department of Education Leaving Certificate Examination, including Mathematics and English or Irish.
* A comparable and relevant third-level qualification of at least level 6 on the National Qualifications Framework maintained by Qualifications and Quality Ireland (QQI).
* Good character and a state of health that indicates a reasonable prospect of ability to render regular and efficient service.
* Access to appropriate transport to meet the requirements of the role, including travel between sites as needed.
Essential Criteria:
Candidates must have achieved a pass in Ordinary or Higher level papers in the Leaving Certificate Established programme or the Leaving Certificate Vocational programme. A pass in a foundation level paper is not acceptable.
