Your new company is a small family-run business based in Wicklow. It is an established company with over 14 years of experience in the safety gear and equipment sector, distributing safety equipment to multiple industries in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Your new role
As the new Business Manager, you will work in partnership with the team to continue a tradition of high standards in partnership and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, including accounting admin, purchasing, logistics, administrative tasks, marketing, and sales. In essence, you will be in charge of maintaining successful daily business practices.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 3 years of experience in a business management role or similar. You should be able to work as part of a team and take initiative in your own work. An analytical thinker, you will possess strong IT skills, good organizational skills, and experience in completing administrative tasks. A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, management, or a related field will be beneficial.
