This role is key to ensuring long-term client satisfaction, retention, and growth by helping customers get the most out of a cutting-edge Saa S platform.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement with the platform Proactively manage customer relationships, identifying opportunities to add value and mitigate risk Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless and personalised customer experience Monitor key metrics such as usage, health scores, and renewal cycles to drive customer outcomes and retention Champion customer feedback internally to influence product improvements and company strategy Run regular check-ins, business reviews, and tailored training sessions to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes Required Skills & Experience At least1 year of experience working with a Saa S product in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing role Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders effectively Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach Comfortable working with CRM tools A passion for technology and the ability to quickly understand complex software products Whats in it for you?
