Position: COMMERCIAL ADMINISTRATOR
Location: East Donegal
We are working with a client (manufacturing company) we know well and have placed with previously many times across various departments, an Employer based outside Letterkenny who currently have a vacancy for a Commercial Administrator to join the Admin Team.
Duties include:
1. Provide support to a Group of Key account managers in their day-to-day activities.
2. Email administration.
3. Telephone calls.
4. Diary management.
5. Flights/travel/accommodation arrangements.
6. Expenses administration.
7. Sample preparation.
8. Completion of various customer documentation, e.g., price files, tenders, technical documentation.
9. Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders.
10. Attend internal meetings, taking minutes and sharing same.
11. Completion of reports and presentations.
12. Supporting customer/other external visits arrangements, e.g., refreshments, PPE clothing for factory visits.
13. Assist in preparing for trade shows.
14. Attend customer visits and trade shows as required.
15. Prepare/issue marketing material.
16. Update company social media.
17. Other duties as requested.
Experience, Skills and Attributes:
A successful Commercial Administrator will have:
1. Substantial and proven experience as a Commercial Administrator, Contracts Administrator, or in a similar role ideally within the manufacturing or similar industry.
2. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office suite).
5. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
